Key program disclosures
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Active team members typically receive 3–20 operational SMS/MMS messages per week.
Carrier rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for the rates that apply to your plan.
No third-party sharing: Mobile numbers, message content, and SMS opt-in consent are not shared, sold, or rented to any third party for any purpose, including marketing. The information is used only to operate the internal Founders Maintenance dispatch program.
Help and opt-out: Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out, at any time.
1. Who this program applies to
This program is restricted to pre-authorized internal personnel of Moseler LLC d/b/a Founders Maintenance — W-2 employees, 1099 independent contractors, and project managers engaged by Founders Maintenance. It is not open to the general public, customers, clients, or consumers, and we do not collect phone numbers from members of the public under this program.
2. Information we collect
In connection with the SMS program, we collect and process the following from pre-authorized team members:
- Mobile phone number — provided by the team member during onboarding or by sending an opt-in keyword (START/UNSTOP) to our dispatch number.
- Consent records — a signed onboarding authorization form and/or a timestamped record of the inbound opt-in keyword, retained as proof of consent.
- Message content — the text, photos, and audio recordings team members send to our dispatch number in the course of coordinating field-service work, plus the operational messages we send to them.
- Message metadata — timestamps, delivery status, and the phone numbers involved, as provided by our messaging service provider (Twilio).
We do not collect: precise geolocation, contacts lists, financial account numbers, health data, or government identifiers via SMS.
3. How we use the information
We use the information solely to operate the internal dispatch program. Specifically:
- Send operational messages (job assignments, schedule updates, confirmations, completion notices) to authorized team members.
- Receive and review text, photo, and audio updates from the field in order to coordinate jobs.
- Maintain a record of consent and opt-out events to comply with telecommunications regulations (TCPA, CTIA, carrier/CTIA short-code and 10DLC guidelines).
- Diagnose delivery problems and investigate abuse or misuse of the dispatch number.
We do not use SMS data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the dispatch program.
4. How we share the information
No mobile information — including phone numbers, consent records, or message content — is shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third party under any circumstance.
We share information only with:
- Our messaging service provider (Twilio), which transmits messages on our behalf and is contractually bound to process the data only to provide the messaging service.
- Mobile carriers, which route messages and receive standard metadata required to deliver SMS/MMS traffic.
- Government or law enforcement authorities, only when required by valid legal process, subpoena, or court order.
- Internal Founders Maintenance dispatchers and supervisors, who need to see message content to perform their dispatch duties.
5. Data retention
- Phone numbers and consent records are retained for as long as the team member is active in the dispatch program, plus a period of up to 4 years after opt-out or separation to satisfy our TCPA recordkeeping obligations.
- Message content (including photos and audio) is retained for up to 2 years for operational and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
- Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so we do not re-message a number that has opted out.
6. Security
We store dispatch data within our “Ezra” dispatch platform. Access is restricted to authorized Founders Maintenance staff via authenticated accounts. Data in transit to and from Twilio is encrypted in transit. We review access controls periodically.
7. Your choices
As a participant in the program you can:
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to +1 (854) 220-0652. Your number is removed from the
authorized_phonesregistry and no further operational messages will be sent. - Request deletion of your historical SMS data by emailing compliance@foundersmaintenance.com. We will delete records not required for TCPA compliance recordkeeping.
- Request a copy of your SMS consent record and message history by emailing compliance@foundersmaintenance.com.
8. Children
The dispatch program is not directed to or available to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly engage minors in this program.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted at /sms-privacy with the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active team members via SMS or email.
