1. Program scope — internal personnel only

This messaging program is strictly limited to pre-authorized internal personnel of Moseler LLC d/b/a Founders Maintenance, namely:

  • W-2 employees
  • 1099 independent contractors engaged to perform field-service work
  • Project managers, dispatchers, and supervisory staff

We do not send SMS or MMS messages to consumers, customers, clients, homeowners, leads, or any member of the general public under this program. This is an internal operational channel for coordinating field-service jobs only.

2. What the program is used for

Our internal dispatch system, referred to as “Ezra,” sends and receives operational messages to coordinate field-service jobs. Typical messages include:

  • Job assignments (job number, scheduled date/time, crew)
  • Schedule changes, confirmations, and reminders
  • Job status updates, completion confirmations
  • Requests for photos or audio updates from the field
  • Responses to inbound photos, audio, and text replies sent by team members

3. Sample messages

  1. Ezra: Job #8821 scheduled for Tue at 10AM. Crew assigned: Levi. Reply STOP to opt out.
  2. Ezra: Got your photos of the stair rail issue. Scheduling Levi for tomorrow — will confirm the exact time shortly.
  3. Ezra: Schedule update — tomorrow's job for [client] pushed to Wednesday at 9AM. Reply STOP to opt out.
  4. Ezra: Job #8823 marked complete. Jobber invoice drafted. Reply HELP for support, STOP to opt out.
  5. Founders Maintenance: You are now enrolled in internal dispatch SMS from Ezra. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

4. How team members opt in (consent / Call to Action)

Consent to receive SMS/MMS from the Founders Maintenance Internal Dispatch Program is captured in one of two ways:

4.1 Written consent during onboarding

When a person is hired as an employee or engaged as a 1099 contractor, they sign a Founders Maintenance Onboarding & Communications Authorization document. That document includes a dedicated SMS authorization section with substantially the following language:

SMS/MMS Authorization for Internal Dispatch. I authorize Moseler LLC d/b/a Founders Maintenance to send me operational SMS and MMS messages from its dispatch number +1 (854) 220-0652 at the mobile number I have provided below. I understand these messages will be used to coordinate field-service jobs (assignments, scheduling, status updates, photo/audio requests) and that message and data rates may apply. I understand I can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and can get help by replying HELP. I understand this program is restricted to internal personnel of Founders Maintenance and that my number will not be shared with third parties for marketing.

4.2 Keyword opt-in

A pre-authorized team member may also opt in by texting START or UNSTOP from their mobile number to +1 (854) 220-0652. Only numbers that have already been listed in our internal authorized_phones registry — which is populated exclusively from signed onboarding documents — can receive dispatch messages. Unauthorized numbers that text our dispatch line receive no response and are not added to the program.

4.3 Opt-in confirmation message

After consent is captured by either method, the team member receives a one-time confirmation:

Founders Maintenance: You are now enrolled in internal dispatch SMS from Ezra. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Typical active team members receive 3–20 operational messages per week. Frequency may be higher on days with schedule changes or active field work.

You may opt out of the program at any time by replying any of the following keywords to +1 (854) 220-0652:

After opting out you will receive a single confirmation:

You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.

Once you opt out, your number is removed from our authorized_phones registry, and no further dispatch messages will be sent. You may re-enroll at any time by replying START or UNSTOP (subject to continued authorization as an active team member).

9. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Founders Maintenance uses Twilio as its messaging service provider.

10. Privacy

Your use of this program is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy, available at /sms-privacy. In short: we do not share, sell, or rent phone numbers or message content to any third party for marketing purposes, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third party.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at /sms-terms with the “Last updated” date at the top.
